Hi, I’m Juliet
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and the founder of Resilient Mind Mental Health Counseling. My clinical work is primarily grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I work with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
I provide telehealth therapy to clients across New York who are experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship stress, and periods of change or uncertainty.
Many of the people I work with experience emotions very deeply and may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift, or frustrated that insight alone hasn’t led to lasting change.
In my clinical work, I’ve supported individuals navigating complex emotional and relational patterns, including traits associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), as well as anxiety, depression, disordered eating concerns, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, substance use issues, trauma-related concerns, chronic stress, and adjustment difficulties.
A lot of the work here is about helping things feel less confusing and more understandable, not just in theory, but in your day-to-day experience.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in validation. I believe people make sense in the context of their experiences, even when their reactions feel intense, confusing, or hard to manage.
Therapy with me focuses on helping you understand your patterns without judgment, while also building practical skills that support meaningful change in your daily life.
I welcome clients whether this is their first experience in therapy or they are returning after previous work.
