We’ll talk about what you’re looking for in therapy, I’ll answer any questions you have, and we can get a sense of whether my approach feels aligned with what you need.

This call also helps clarify next steps so you can move forward feeling informed and comfortable.

Individual Psychotherapy

Weekly individual psychotherapy sessions for adolescents and adults in New York, provided via secure telehealth.

Therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. My approach is primarily informed by DBT, with a focus on building practical skills, increasing emotional awareness, and supporting more effective ways of responding to stress and relationships.

The work is flexible and may include both structured skills-based interventions and open-ended conversation depending on what feels most helpful at the time.
